The new iQ+ electronic monitoring and control system, developed specifically by Gravograph for its range of engraving machines, increases their speed by up to 50%. iQ+ also enables new functions to be provided, including secure control of additional accessories, the “Point n’Shoot” positioning aid and automatic integration of the latest Gravograph innovation for producing Braille in signage. iQ+ is fitted as standard to Gravograph’s M and IS series machines manufactured since March 2009.
With a marking speed of 2.4m/s, the new LS100 Ex has a 60% higher performance than the previous solution. With laser powers ranging from 30W to 80W, it is the ideal solution for a host of applications including part marking, trophies, gifts, leather goods, crystal and glassware, signage, photo marking and rubber stamp production.
Gravograph is introducing a high power and high frequency spindle as an option for its milling engraving machines. Powers of 150 to 1000W are available with rotation speeds up to 60000rpm, for various applications such as carving or 3D marking. Even with very strong layers, manufacturing is very fast, and this, on all materials (from brass to wood, through to Plexiglass or stainless steel). Unlike other models on the market, Gravograph offers a totally integrated solution with a unique user/machine interface to improve both productivity and safety.
