More than 60 CIAT air handling units have been installed at the recently opened Louvre-Lens museum in northern France to filter the air and maintain humidity and temperature at optimum levels in the museum's galleries, storage rooms and restoration workshops.
The Colindale Police Station in West London is being refurbished under the MPS (Metropolitan Police Service) Custody Improvement Programme, and CIAT’s state-of-the-art Coadis Line comfort units have been chosen to meet the heating and cooling needs of the new facility. Coadis Line reduces energy consumption, improves air quality and adapts easily to all installation configurations.
CIATCooler, the new range of air/water reversible water chillers for indoor installation, is available in ten models, covering net cooling capacities from 18 to 75 kW and net heating capacities from 22 to 85 kW. Available in standard or HEE (High Energy Efficiency) versions, the range is suitable for both new-build and renovation projects. CIATCooler is certified by Eurovent and incorporates the very latest technologies, placing it at the top of the energy class table with an EER of up to 2.8 in class A. In heating mode operation, 80% of the models are class A.
The contract, which amounts to over €1.5 M, is a major achievement as this is the largest building constructed in Central Asia in 2011. The entire installation, from the chillers to the comfort units, and including technical assistance, was supplied by CIAT.
Coadis Line is the new-generation CIAT comfort unit. All-in-one and particularly easy to integrate, it is designed to guarantee your projects superior results both in terms of design and performance. It reduces energy consumption, improves air quality, and adapts easily to all installation configurations. An eco-designed solution, Coadis Line is 87% recyclable, and in France, it has won the "coup de coeur" special prize awarded by the Rhône-Alpes Trophies for Eco-innovations. Coadis Line is integrated into the Hysys water loop system solution that provides heating, cooling and air quality for offices, hotels and retirement homes.
The new CIAT Drypack range is a biogas dehumidification solution for industrial plants, farmers, wastewater treatment plants, waste facilities, etc. Drypack is a "plug and dry" system that integrates tubular heat exchangers, a water chiller and a high-efficiency droplet separator in a homogeneous frame-mounted system that is easy and quick to install and connect.
The Neptus heat pump range, on water loop or connected to geothermal energy sources, is distinguished by the highest level of seasonal performance on the market with EER and COP reaching 4.3. The range is made up of 9 models of varying size in vertical water-to-air reversible heat pumps or cooling versions, with heating capacities from 28 to 109 kW, and cooling capacities from 24 to 93 kW. These units use R-410A refrigerant, and are specially designed for heating and air conditioning new or renovated commercial buildings.
With a long history in the geothermal energy market, CIAT is pursuing its development in this area and presents its latest advance: AGEO+, a glycol-water/water ground source heat pump for new housing and small tertiary applications. AGEO+ innovates thanks to its exceptional thermal, acoustic and energy performance, in particular with a 50% reduction in auxiliary system electricity consumption compared with previous ranges.
In Germany and throughout the world, more than 1,000 biogas dehumidification installations have already been equipped with CIAT systems. The Drypack range is the optimised result of CIAT's combined experience and expertise in processing the different sources of biogas up to 6,000 Nm3/h.
