CIATM2M – The Remote Supervision Solution for CIAT Machines
With CIATM2M, CIAT Service offers customers and operators a solution for supervising their heat pumps, chillers, air handling units with control, rooftop units and other machines. The benefit? Higher equipment uptime and energy efficiency and lower maintenance costs.
The CIATM2M kit and the supervision website
Once connected to a machine, the CIATM2M kit collects real-time data on its operation and uploads this information to the CIATM2M supervision website (www.ciatm2m.com) for monitoring. The website also makes it possible to view all machine parameters – from controllers, mimic screens and controller dashboards, to current events, past events and predefined graphs – and receive email alerts. Machine operating data is uploaded to the supervision website and accessible from any computer, smartphone or tablet.

With the CIATM2M solution, customers benefit from CIAT's technical know-how and expertise and receive detailed, real-time information on the usage of their equipment.
Incidents such as measurement drift on a temperature sensor, incorrectly set control parameters or incorrect stage-to-stage adjustments are immediately detected and corrective actions are implemented.
The main advantages offered by the CIATM2M solution are increased machine uptime and energy efficiency and reduced maintenance costs.
Operation mimic screen
The CIATM2M service offer includes the Full Serenity offer for new machines and the Visit & Supervision contract for installed machines. Both include the installation of a CIATM2M kit.
The Full Serenity offer includes an extension of the parts and labour warranty, two years of supervision with the possibility to monitor machine operation, email alerts and access to an operating data log. A Visit & Supervision contract may be taken out at the end of the two-year period.
The Visit & Supervision contract includes up to two maintenance visits, two years of supervision with the possibility to monitor machine operation, email alerts and access to an operating data log. At the end of the initial two-year period, the Visit & Supervision contract can be renewed for one-year periods.
